3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

TalentJab makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Employment outcomes
  • Interviews
  • Job offers
  • Promotions
  • Compensation increases
  • Business growth
  • Career advancement
  • Specific professional results

Success depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including market conditions, individual effort, qualifications, experience, and employer decisions. Coaching agreements typically clarify that outcomes cannot be guaranteed.


4. COACHING IS NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

TalentJab coaching services are not:

  • Legal advice
  • Financial advice
  • Tax advice
  • Medical advice
  • Mental health treatment
  • Therapy
  • Counseling
  • Psychological services

If you require professional assistance in any of these areas, you should seek qualified licensed professionals.


5. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is required before accessing services, programs, coaching sessions, or digital products, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clear payment terms are standard practice in coaching engagements.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Square
  • Podia
  • Other approved payment processors

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.


6. PAYMENT PLANS

Where payment plans are offered:

  • You agree to complete all scheduled payments.
  • Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services.
  • Outstanding balances remain due under the agreed payment plan.

7. REFUND POLICY

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, courses, templates, downloadable resources, and educational materials, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

Coaching Programs

Refund eligibility, if any, will be stated at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.
  • Missed sessions are non-refundable.
  • Partially completed programs may not qualify for refunds.

8. SCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS, AND RESCHEDULING

Clients are responsible for scheduling sessions using approved booking systems.

Rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.

Missed Sessions

Sessions missed without adequate notice may be forfeited.

Company Cancellations

If TalentJab must reschedule a session, reasonable efforts will be made to arrange a mutually acceptable alternative.


9. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Complete assigned activities
  • Take responsibility for your decisions and actions
  • Communicate respectfully

Coaching is a collaborative process and requires active participation.


10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, materials, frameworks, assessments, courses, worksheets, videos, graphics, downloads, and coaching materials remain the intellectual property of TalentJab.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The AAA Framework
  • Assessments
  • Coaching methodologies
  • Training materials
  • Workbooks
  • Templates
  • Videos
  • Articles
  • Downloads

You may not:

  • Reproduce
  • Distribute
  • Sell
  • License
  • Modify
  • Republish

any content without prior written permission. Intellectual property protections are commonly included in coaching agreements and website terms.


11. CONFIDENTIALITY

TalentJab will make reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of client information.

Confidentiality does not apply when:

  • Disclosure is required by law
  • Information is publicly available
  • Disclosure is necessary to protect safety

For corporate engagements, additional confidentiality provisions may be established through separate agreements.


12. CORPORATE AND OUTPLACEMENT SERVICES

Organizations engaging TalentJab for outplacement or workforce transition services may be subject to separate service agreements.

In the event of conflict between these Terms and a signed corporate agreement, the signed agreement shall prevail.


13. WEBSITE USE

You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Distribute malware
  • Interfere with website operations
  • Copy website content without authorization

We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these Terms.
